I thought it was good timing that I had arranged to see the play Whose Life Is It Anyway? tonight as I could then double up and attend the UK premiere of Will Smith’s new movie, Hitch. Unfortunately I had to leave at around 7.15pm to go the play and I missed all the fun of the premiere.

It was a bitterly cold evening and lots of dedicated fans had started lining the red carpet from 5pm. I’m not sure how they coped with the cold. I was only there from 6pm and standing for an hour and I was still absolutely frozen. Despite the fact I had to leave early – it was still exciting and radio interviews (with the crowd) were happening all around me so it wasn’t too bad. I’ll just have to make sure for next time that I don’t double-book myself!
