I love Vince Vaughn and Owen Wilson is also worth my attention on any good day so to see them together on screen in this light-hearted comedy was a nice end to the day. As the title indicates Vince and Owen are “wedding crashers” (the fact that their real jobs are divorce mediators plays only a small part in an amusing introduction to the film) and well, put simply each wedding season they hit all the weddings they can and schmooze their way into all the single girls’ beds (because it’s a well known fact that single girls at weddings get all mushy and romantic.) Naturally, one of the guys falls in love and well, the rest is history.

Basically this movie is a chick flick buried underneath tasteless crude jokes. Don’t get me wrong it is laugh out loud funny in quite a few places but it is definitely a hidden romance.

Vince and Owen deliver nice performances and are well-supported by the rest of the cast. Go see it if you’re up for a good laugh.
