My good friend Elvira gave birth to little Elsa Beatrix English yesterday afternoon. Despite being born two weeks early Elsa was a healthy 7lbs 13oz or 3.55kg and 55 cm long.

Now Elvira jokes that husband and new father Andrew can stop with the sympathetic pregnancy weight gaining … 🙂

I visited them in hospital today and all three are happy and healthy. The little bub was suprisingly patient with all of handling her!

The only sad aspect is that in a couple of months I will see Elvira, Andrew and Elsa returning to Australia foor good.
